Since 2017, Hefei city has started the identification and evaluation of municipal big data enterprises, which indicates that the technical strength, core independent intellectual property rights, R & D organization and management level, and transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements of relevant enterprises in the field of big data meet certain standards and are recognized by relevant municipal departments. The identified big data enterprises can enjoy the government's one-time award, project policy award and subsidy, bank loan discount reward and government "pay bill" and other special services according to the enterprise scale and operation conditions, and can enjoy a capital subsidy of up to 1 million yuan.
In recent years, Luyang District has always adhered to the concept of realistic service, targeted at the development potential and advantages of big data industry, organized relevant departments to set up special classes and designated special personnel to deeply investigate the difficulties and pain points faced by big data enterprises in the area under its jurisdiction, and took the lead in issuing the support policy for promoting the development of big data industry in Luyang District (for Trial Implementation) and set up "Luyang District big data industry" "Special support funds" and "Luyang District big data industry development fund" help enterprises solve practical difficulties and strive to create a "new highland" of big data industry.
